SKYBET Championship side West Bromwich Albion will send their U21 side to Sixways in July to face the Worcester Raiders in a pre-season clash.

The Albion youngsters will play Raiders on July 22 (3PM KO) in preparation for the upcoming 23/24 football season.

The Baggies U21s play in the Premier League 2 Division Two and came fourth last season, winning 11 of their 20 matches.

Karl Gormley's Raiders add the Baggies to their list of warm-up matches, which include games with National League North outfit Hereford FC and Southern League Premier's Halesowen Town and Redditch United in July.

They begin their summer preparations with a home game against Welsh top-flight outfit Penybont (July 1) before hosting Westbury (July 8) and Halesowen (July 11).

They head to New Dales Vale (July 15) as one of just two away matches, before they return back to Sixways for a game with Redditch United (July 18).

They will then face West Brom's U21s (July 22) before finishing up with another home clash when they welcome Dudley Town to Sixways (July 26).
