THE Claines Lane surface and surrounding standing area has undergone some work over the summer in preparation for the new 2023/24 season. 

The Worcestershire FA have had the pitch relaid during the off-season, and Worcester City themselves have had some work done on the fenced area around the pitch.

The first match of the season takes place on Tuesday evening when City welcome local rivals Malvern Town to Claines Lane on Tuesday night. 

City then have back-to-back home games with AFC Telford on July 15 before hosting Droitwich Spa the following Tuesday (July 18).
