THE Hellenic League have posted the full fixture lists for the 2023/24 Premier and Division One sides.

City vs Raiders at Claines Lane was originally set for December 27, but after a request from City for it to be switched to Boxing Day, the league have seemingly agreed.

This is what was published on the FA Full-Time website on Wednesday evening.

But officials at Raiders were confused on Wednesday evening following their final pre-season game of the summer, saying they had not agreed to the change of day and wishes for it to be moved back.

A league official spokesperson sent an email to the Worcester News and officials at both clubs, saying: "The UHL (Uhlsport Hellenic League) decides dates and times for all matches.

"I am able to confirm the match date is December 26 with a mid-day kick-off."

The league also added that because Raiders do not own their own ground (Sixways), there had been some confusion over the date.

But as it stands, the date for the second Worcester Derby is set for Boxing Day at 12:00 PM. The first, at Sixways, is on August 30 at 7:45 PM.

There remains some question marks and concerns over ticketing prices and other arrangements around the fixture in August.

Raiders are using a tiered ticket system this season, with a Tier A and Tier B format. The higher bracket of price will be £10 per ticket and £8 for the lower. There is an assumption from City fans in particular that the game with Worcester City will be the higher-priced game. That has not yet been confirmed by Raiders.

Plans and discussions are ongoing between the two clubs ahead of the first-ever derby and a meeting between officials from both will take place next week.
