THE draw for the first-round of qualifying in the FA Cup has been made this afternoon.

The six Worcestershire clubs have discovered who they will be facing in the next stage of the prestigious competition.

Starting with Worcester City, they have been drawn away at Sherwood Colliery of the United Counties League Premier Division North (Step 5).

Sherwood currently sit joint top of the table having won all four of their league matches so far in the 2023/24 campaign, so it will be a demanding tie for Chris Cornes' men.

Evesham United are on the road after their win over Tuffley Rovers in the Preliminary round, they will take on Winchester City.

Stourport Swifts will face Anstey Nomads if they come through their replay with Hanley Town after they drew 2-2 on Saturday.

The Step 3 Southern League sides enter the FA Cup at this stage and Alvechurch and Redditch United are both at home against Basford United and Boldmere St Michaels respectively, whilst Bromsgrove Sporting will travel to Ashby Ivanhoe.

All ties will take place on the weekend start September 2.
