FORMER Birmingham City and Cheltenham Town defender Jerry Gill has been unveiled as the director of Kidderminster Harriers’ new youth academy.
Gill, 41, will start immediately on the new set-up, which is a joint project between the Aggborough outfit and Stourbridge College.
He has coaching experience as assistant at Forest Green Rovers last season and has also worked at youth levels at Birmingham and Bristol Rovers.
Gill will be working with 70 young players and is looking forward to training, which begins on Monday, July 11.
