LEAGUE leaders Wrexham stand between Kidderminster Harriers and their fourth consecutive away win tomorrow.

Steve Burr’s side head to the Racecourse Ground having won all three of their matches away from Aggborough this season en route to taking 13 points from a possible 18 in the Blue Square Bet Premier.

It is Harriers’ best start to a campaign in more than 20 years and has seen them climb to third place in the table.

Although Wrexham are top of the pile, wins at Lincoln, Cambridge and Newport have given Kidderminster the belief they can succeed.

Manager Burr said: “It’s another tough one tomorrow but we have had some difficult games already away from home and have a 100 per cent record. We are very pleased with the way we have started.

“Wrexham have had a terrific start as well. They are a big club and it’s a tough place to go as we found out last year in the FA Trophy (lost 2-0).

“But the lads are in good spirits and we are looking forward to it.”

Harriers have a clean bill of health for the Welsh trip after young midfielder Jack Cresswell returned to training following a hamstring problem.

That has given Burr plenty of options and he is happy with the competition for places in his squad.

He added: “The one pleasing thing is that we have changed things around a bit in the last couple of games and brought people in who have been part of the squad and they have put in very good performances.

“Apart from the back-four, the rest of the personnel has changed and that’s always a pleasing thing when you can bring players in.

“We might change things around again tomorrow. The hardest part for us is making the decision on who does not make the bench.”
