- FULL-TIME: City 0 Boldmere 0
- WORCESTER City's hopes of catching the top two took a hit thanks to a scrappy 0-0 draw with Boldmere.
- City's best opening came 19 minutes in when George Forsyth rippled the side netting with a far-post header from James Baldwin's left-wing cross.
- Other than that, there was little to trouble either keeper, although City stopper Matt Gwynne did suffer a couple of shaky moments of his own making.
- Having dallied over a punt forward, he got shut down by Jack Skinneron 22 minutes. The pair wrestled for possession until Skinner's cross-shot drifted wide amid claims for a penalty.
- Gwynne then went close to carrying a looping ball over his own line in the second half.
- Both teams had short flurries of pressure and although City's were more frequent, they rarely looked like making a breakthrough against well-organised opponents who deserved a share of the spoils.
- Results elsewhere went against third-placed City with Coleshill and Bromsgrove Sporting winning, creating an eight-point gap to the promotion places.
