WORCESTER City left-back Jamie Smith has committed himself to the club for the 2018-2019 season.

Smith made 39 appearances during the 2017-2018 campaign as one of City's biggest improvers and scored two goals.

The youth academy product and former Droitwich Spa man was voted the supporters' young player of the season.

Smith can also play further forward down the left.

Worcester manager John Snape said: "Jamie has been brilliant for the club this year with consistent performances and played his part in the league's best defence.

"I am delighted Jamie has agreed to stay for next season."

Further talks with players will start over the next two weeks at the Midland League Premier Division club.
