A BOSTON United fan is set to be banned from the club’s matches after being cited for alleged racial abuse towards two Worcester City players.
Striker Michael Taylor and winger Greg Mills both claimed they were subjected to comments during City’s 3-2 win in Lincolnshire last Tuesday.
An unnamed Pilgrims supporter has since been contacted over the incident, although no arrests have been made.
PC Simon Oswin, Boston United’s football liaison officer, said: “The gentleman will be given a ban depending on what the club and myself feel is appropriate.”
