WORCESTER Wolves' George Beamon secured a place in the British Basketball League All-Star Five for the first time.
He scored 25 points with 11 out of 14 from the floor as well as grabbing eight assists and two steals in the 122-66 BBL thrashing of strugglers Leeds Force.
The upturn in the fortunes of Wolves recently has been down to teamwork but also some stand-out displays with Beamon the pick of the bunch in the demolition of Leeds.
He made the penultimate line-up of the calendar year as a result.
Bristol Flyers' Jordan Davis, Leicester Riders' Trayvonn Wright, London Lions' Brandon Peel and Cheshire Phoenix's CJ Gettys joined Beamon in the five.
Wolves' Elvisi Dusha, who scored 18 points, was named on the bench along with ex-Worcester player Orlan Jackman of Phoenix.
