WORCESTER Warriors’ players, staff and fans will be celebrating tonight after securing their place in the Aviva Premiership.
Bristol suffered a 36-21 home defeat against Wasps today and will be relegated back to the Championship after just one campaign.
Warriors are 12 points ahead of basement boys Bristol with just two matches remaining and cannot be caught by the Ashton Gate club.
Worcester sealed a superb 25-19 victory against play-off chasing Bath at Sixways yesterday.
Director of rugby Gary Gold is now expected to pledge his future to Warriors as they can now finally start building towards next season's campaign.
Skipper Donncha O'Callaghan is also set to put pen to paper to extend his spell at Warriors.
Warriors travel to Newcastle Falcons in their penultimate league match on Friday, April 28 (8pm).
They then host Leicester Tigers at Sixways on Saturday, May 6 (4pm).
