WORCESTER Warriors' Chris Pennell is among five inspirational stars to make the shortlist for the Aviva Premiership Rugby Community Player of the Season.
Bath winger Semesa Rokoduguni and Saracens’ Chris Ashton join Pennell while Newcastle Falcons’ Nili Latu and Bristol Rugby’s Nick Koster make up the rest of the list.
The award celebrates those who go the extra mile to make a difference in their local community through charity work, emphasising how much good Aviva Premiership stars do in their own time.
Former winners of the award include ex-Warriors player Dean Schofield.
The candidates will attend a glittering ceremony at the Lancaster London Hotel presented by BT Sport’s Craig Doyle on Wednesday.
