Sir – It seems the Government isn’t sure what it wants with wind turbines.
So why doesn’t it go for the Severn barrier which I believe could produce 10 per cent of the country’s electricity from tides.
That would be clean renewable energy and if we put a toll road across the top that would eventually pay for the barrier.
