SIR – Re the letter from Rosemary Webley ‘We don’t seem to care for each other’ (Worcester News, February 13).

During the bad spell she mentioned our estate was really deep in snow, but due to the efforts of two neighbours – both pensioners with health problems – who cleared the pathways of snow from one end of the estate to the other and then put grit down on all the paths to the bungalows and the main path to the main road, we were okay. I believe their names should be printed as we should show gratitude for a job well done, so I say well done to Bill Thomas and Stan Barnes for their hard work.
