SIR – Full marks to Tony Willmore (Worcester News, April 9) and George Cowley (Worcester News, April 2) for bringing up the subject of donor cards again.
Being a Parkinson’s disease sufferer,I carry a card in favour of the Parkinson’s Society Tissue Bank.
I believe that the vast majority of people agree with this policy but never get round to doing anything practical.
Surely the time has come when at death, a person’s organs may be used automatically for medical purposes, unless (understandably) anyone objects by carrying a card to that effect.
