SIR – We have just enjoyed a great production of Shakespeare in the Commandery, The Tempest.

The inhabitants of Worcester should put aside their thoughts of school Shakespeare and go to the Commandery to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy a balmy evening of fun and frolicking; particularly enjoyable are the ‘drunken’ scenes.

It was a pleasure, for once, not to be wrapped up in woollies and waterproofs.

Well done to all involved with the production.

Come on, Worcester folk, step out of your comfort zone, forget the TV, take a picnic and experience really good live theatre.
