SIR – I would like to say how wicked the man Mark Hall, the horse trader is, (September 20, Worcester News).
These helpless and defenceless beautiful animals were treated appallingly.
Everyone who could starve and ill-treat any animal should be put in prison for at least five years, not the 23 weeks he got.
Why aren’t there people like the RSPCA checking on anyone who keeps a lot of animals?
We hear it so much, animals being starved and ill- treated.
Let’s give longer jail sentences and make the people who do this just live on bread and water once a day.
That’s the only way to treat cruel people like Mark Hall.
