SIR – I’ll go along with supporting Dean Ryan and his coaches in their jobs, but please, put some fire in the bellies of the players!
I have to agree with the findings about Warriors and referees – there is no consistency.
We are asked to ‘be the 16th man’ – but I think our team plays against 16 men. A ‘shed’ at Worcester? Not if it means being like a Gloucester fan, I like to think we at Worcester have more rugby etiquette.
In today’s paper (October 9), Warriors’ backroom staff are worried about attendances at Sixways. Might I suggest that blocking off walkways before the game isn’t very welcoming.
I like to be able to walk around the ground to see my fellow supporters.
I am still a fervent and ever hopeful supporter.
