Sir, A massive thank you to all the staff on AVON 4 ward for the care and kindness given to my mum during her recent stay at Worcester Hospital.
Her comfort and medical needs were constantly monitored and attended to, and she was
always helped with food and drinks.
They did a great job and were cheerful, compassionate, and professional, even when under real pressure.
