Sir - I once was a regular bus user in Worcester and sadly, on too many occasions to mention, was met with faces as sour as Les Dawson's when he talked about his mother in law!
I now do not use the buses very often, as I am trying to get fit (although friends of mine will no doubt say it'll never happen!), but today I had an interview in Bromsgrove, so warranting a journey on the bus.
When I got on the 144 Birmingham bus, there was a short delay to allow for a blind elderly gentleman, escorted by a First bus driver, to board the bus.
After a short conversation, we went on our way, only to stop on Foregate Street, where the driver proceeded to escort the elderly gent to The Postal Order, an act of kindness which has restored my faith in the First bus drivers of Worcester!
Long may this helpfulness, courtesy and down right good naturedness continue now, and forever more!
