Sir - I am so pleased that Councillor Geraghty is taking his time to decide whether the poorest of our council workers should continue to receive a living wage, thus taking them off the breadline. and enable them to live rather than exist.
The total of this bill would be some £78,000.00 over three years.
It is rather a pity though that he did not apply the same consideration to the massive overspend on consultants etc. which amounted to at least ten times this amount.
