SIR - With regard to your article of September 19 concerning rough sleepers at Hylton Road railway viaduct, any passerby can see piles of beer cans and at times one or more of them using the area as a toilet.
'Martin' has lived there here for eight years, for how many of these years has he worked? Why were they thrown out of St Paul's Hostel?
They have free food, free clothes, free beer and they say they are treated like animals, I think not.
