Sir - Yesterday I had my attention drawn to an item in Tom Edward's column regarding myself and the Great Malvern Hotel.
The impression was left that I was no longer welcome there. This is totally untrue and without foundation.
The fact is that my dog got banned which is fair enough, but the way that it was written did not make that clear enough to many of your readers.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to make this clear.
