Sir - Both through personal experience and observation the most used word in our city must be "Sorry".
As it is ubiquitous every day it has now for me lost its true meaning and is more often than not only said to vindicate a wrong.
While I appreciate its etiquette perhaps considering others beforehand would help to minimise its use? It is certainly "not the hardest word".
