SIR - To the lazy litter lout who parked for free in Moor Street on Saturday, October 11 and then threw a bag of rubbish in the road before driving off, thank you.
Lovely sight for the residents all week as the traffic drove over it revealing dirty nappies, crisp bags and other food and drink containers which has now been thrown onto the pavements and now is a filthy grungy mess.
You know who you are and so do we as we took your registration number so don't come back to park anytime soon.
