SIR - On Monday, October 24 I was taken ill whilst going into Marks & Spencer's food hall at approximately 10.30am and wish to thank the staff who were so very kind in calling the ambulance and telephoning my husband.
Also the paramedics who attended and the kind gentleman who stayed with me until the paramedics arrived.
The kindness of you all is very much appreciated.
