SIR - It is sad that Tory MP, Peter Luff, is retiring.
He is a very sensitive understanding man.
He wrote to me (May 22, 2013) saying my experiences at Powick Mental Hospital have had a profound affect on me.
May Peter have a long, pain-free, peaceful, happy retirement.
God be with him.
