Sir - I was sorry to see Mrs Sheridan of Worcester’s letter (15/01/2015) suggesting I had not replied to a letter from her.
I reply to all letters from constituents speedily.
On this occasion, had I received her letter, which I clearly didn't, I would probably have had to tell her I was not her MP if she lived at a Worcester address.
I would then have passed her concerns on to Robin Walker.
Robin is also very efficient in dealing with his letters and e-mails.
