Sir - I have just read in Worcester News (Saturday 14th February) of Marcus Marcussen a retired 91yr old PE teacher who was jailed for 9 years for carrying out a string of sadistic sex attacks on 14 boys committed between 1957 and 1978.
One of the young boy's concerned was caned after making a complaint of sexual abuse.
Why was this information not passed on at the time to the police for a thorough investigation?
These young boys, now of course in their 60s and 70s were all deeply affected.
