Sir - It's Boot Camp time! Another fitness level, more muscle, much greater determination, skills, tactics, application.....

Come on Dean, get the whip out. After the recent evening with the coaches it sounded like the strategy was spot on, but now it is obvious that there is still so much to do.

With all due respect to Jersey, an aspiring Premiership side this close to the play offs must do better.

We're not yet where we need to be so more hard work, earlier mornings and supreme effort over the next few weeks is demanded by us supporters!
