Sir - This is a vehicle drivers view, or lack of it, of a recently erected road sign on Teme Way, on the approach to Carrington Bridge.
I can only believe that the positioning of this sign must have been agreed upon by the same department responsible for the design of the much criticised Whittington roundabout.
Okay, no doubt the next move will be the removal of the offending trees.
However, the point is that had the sign been positioned a little closer to Carrington Bridge, it would have straddled low-lying bushes, without the need to cut down yet more trees.
