SIR - I opened the curtains this morning. Bin day. Horror of horrors, a neighbour put a blue bag out. This week is clear and black bag week!
Would there be a pavement discussion, a fine or worse? No, our binmen took it, no questions asked. Thank heavens for binmen with a bit of sense.
