SIR - Do estate agents inform potential purchasers of property in Britannia Square that parking is restricted to residents vehicles that have a permit?
I worked recently for an elderly, single lady and received a parking charge.
Apparently, she, and all others in the square, can have no visitors park outside their properties.
How is this fair for those who may need a gardener, as I do, or wish to receive a visitor? The system penalises the old, non car drivers over the younger families with, perhaps, two or more car permits.
Could the city council consider the elderly a little more? It is not as though I can provide gardening services if I have to park in a multi-storey in town.
Perhaps the readers of the Worcester News could advise me if I am wrong?
