SIR – I was very surprised to read that Helen Bridge thought that the women protesters outside Second Hand Rose were a nuisance.
I am on holiday in Worcester and saw these women. I went over to congratulate them for giving up their time for the animals.
Peaceful protest is our right in this country. We should all be prepared to stand up against human and animal abuse.
Well done to those women.
