SIR – George Cowley posed two questions (Letters, December 5). What is the ultimate point of life and where did the universe come from?
I suggest the answer to the first is to procreate and as to the second, even Einstein couldn’t work that one out. Maybe one day humanity will acquire the intelligence and knowledge to solve the great enigma.
