Sir – I am sorry to pull the wool from dear George Cowley’s eyes but I don’t get any money for pointing out the abject failure of the EU.
I do it because from the day Edward Heath betrayed the sovereignty and independence of the UK by signing us up to the EEC ( EU) it has become totally clear that the EU costs us huge sums of money for very little return.
At the same time it is in effect governing our country.
