SIR – The omnipotent swine flu virus is rarely out of the headlines, but your recent article (Worcester News, November 3) tried way too hard to maintain the pandemic fear level.
Bacterial viruses? Bacteria developing into killer viruses? It seems that anything can now happen. Even the divine creator did not attempt at such a splicing. Trust a human to conjure it up, a journalist to boot.
I’m expecting Dr Taylor to cringe at the faulty science being quoted. If you want us scared, if you want us to line up for this and that jab, you’re going to have to employ a better health propagandist than the one who wrote that article. Or the one who allowed it to be printed.
