SIR - Yes, we all want more funds pumped into the NHS (M Cooke, Letters April 29) but where will the money come from?
Certainly not from the increasing numbers of unemployed or companies that are either closing down or relocating abroad.
Funding comes from the tax from successful businesses and the people they employ. We can't have an adequately funded health service without a successful economy.
