SIR - I don't care what Royal Mail says about achieving 93 per cent.
In my opinion, they have carried out the biggest con trick of the 21st Century so far. They say they were stopping second delivery when in fact they have stopped first delivery. We now get our mail possibly later than the second delivery used to be.
