SIR - In response to Brian Hunt (`Waiting for a reply', June 5) if he actually writes to me and not a third party, then he will, like every other constituent, get a reply.
Similarly, if he wants to know my thoughts on the NHS or any other policy area then he simply has to contact me directly either at my Worcester office or the House of Commons and I'll respond. It is such a simple system I'm surprised he doesn't use it.
