SIR - When visiting Worcestershire County Cricket ground about a month ago, I witnessed what I thought to be a quite extraordinary sight. Waiting by the traffic lights at the bottom of Broad Street, I glanced up the road and an animal was bounding on in front of all the traffic at tremendous speed. The animal I feel sure was a wallaby.
Amazingly, he seemed to know where he was going because when he came to the fork in the road he didn't hesitate and turned right towards the racecourse. I am interested to know if any of your readers have any information about a wallaby having disappeared from anywhere.
