SIR – Seeing the picture in the Worcester News (April 28) of the Citron Saxo that was found overturned in Hillside Martley brings to attention the appalling driving standards that we seem to see on a daily basis in the area.
Every day when we pull out of our driveways in Hillside we have to be careful of the drivers who are driving through the 30mph limit at anything up to 60mph. This includes lorries who also have no regard for the speed limit. Also, many people use their mobile phones while driving in the area. Could the police please come down here now and again with a speed camera van or to patrol the area and see how many they catch using their phones while driving?
