SIR – A few weeks ago I was visiting a friend in Coventry. She saves the local paper and also had a Sun newspaper from 1992.
What I found interesting was an article criticising the Government of the day for under-funding our troops in Bosnia.
Things have not changed much in 18 years, despite a change of government.
