SIR – I find it incredible that at this time when all and sundry, however old or impoverished, are being called on to make sacrifices, rugby supporters are allowed to park, free of charge, at County Hall.
Either they should pay as individuals or the club should pay a lump sum for the privilege which its supporters enjoy.
