SIR - Once again, New Labour town councillor Eve Freer has hidden behind the Worcestershire Partnership of Forums in an attempt to criticise or discredit me.
She refers to my letter of last month, in which my membership of the NPC (National Pensioners Convention) was mentioned.
But there were no claims that I was a spokesperson for the partnership, and the letter contained nothing that could be seen as party political.
To Coun Freer's charges of my misleading and scaremongering, I will, without her permission, continue to research and to the best of my ability report the severe changes that affect the elderly and most vulnerable.
As to banner waving, the NPC is a proud campaigning group as demonstrated at Blackpool every year.
