SIR – I concur with Mr B Mew on his congratulations to the staff at Jeynes Hardware and his sadness that this business is to close down.
Many people including myself will miss their excellent service and advice.
It is a sad reflection that such firms are being forced to close due to the larger DIY stores which seldom employ staff with the expertise of Jeynes.
