SIR – I was astonished to read the article ‘More passion, please’ (Worcester News, July 22) in relation to the restaurant review of Pasha in Worcester.

In this time of economic insecurity I would have thought that our local newspaper should be promoting small businesses and not making things tougher for them. In all the years in which I have paid many visits to the restaurant, I have never experienced anything like Flora Drury.

The quality of service and food is second to none.

Owner Nurul Haque has always given his personal touch and given a high level of service.

On June 10 the Worcester News published an article about the food hygiene award that was given to Pasha and the newspaper was singing its praises, so I cannot see how your reporter can possibly write such an article about a restaurant that she has visited only once.
