When you try to ask for their help, all you get is that it is either a civil matter, a domestic matter or an environmental agency matter.
On the rare occasion I did get a response they sent out acommunity support officer, who I am not knocking as they are a very well meaning group of people and work hard, but apart from not having the power of the police (not to mention the wage differential) it is not quite the same.
On a final note, all I can say is that I’m so glad I am not a motorist.
