SIR – In the year 2000, I wrote various letters to this paper attacking Blair’s illegal war in Yugoslavia.

I’ve left Worcester, but I am writing this to say I told you so. Kosovo is now an independent state, which we recognise when we don’t recognise more deserving cases such as Cabinda [in Angola] or Palestine.

It is headed by an alleged war criminal, who is accused of organ trafficking, and there is still violence there, despite the ethnic cleansing or the Serb and Roma minorities.

Tony Blair went on the illegal, and unforgiveable war in Iraq and of course bankrupted this country and filled it up with foreigners.

We are all poorer because of Blair. Personally, I think anyone who voted or supported Labour post-2000 should be made to pay a special Labour tax.

It is wrong that millionaires like Eddy Izzard and Alan Sugar vote pro-Labour opinions, when innocent people like me suffer because of the Labour party.

It could of all been stopped in 2000. I was right.
