SIR – We hear so many complaints about our hospitals, I thought I had better put pen to paper.
On Thursday, November 24, I had to attend Worcestershire Royal Hospital’s Sorrel Suite.
I found the nurses and the consultants very pleasant and cheerful and I received prompt and careful attention.
I think we here in Worcester should be very grateful for the care and attention we receive. I know I am. I hope someone at the hospital reads my comments.
